I've been using this app for a few months now, and it has considerably increased my conversion rate. I recommend that everyone install it because every day without it is like leaving money on the table.

Great app to bump up your AOV. Customer support is also quick to respond to make any changes to your upsell funnel. I highly recommend this app and their CS team!

Nothing but praise for AfterSell! Especially "Amazing" Armon who went above and beyond to help us polish our post-purchase experience to customize it to our store's unique needs. Some things weren't the way we needed it out of the box, so they had the co-founder CSS wizard custom code some tweaks for us... This alone would have cost us a lot of money to do on our own. They will spend time to help you really optimize each and every setting to the the most out of the app. In addition, next week they are adding additional features and will have an "OCU" feature built in!

This app is insane. Not only can you tailor and customize upsell funnels AFTER the order has been processed, you can also add videos, images and so many other things to the thank you page... I thought this feature was only available on shopify plus but nope, you can do it with this app. The support is brilliant too. My ONLY regret is, why didn't I install this app sooner?!

I tested a lot of "Post Purchase Upsell" apps and this one performs 2x better then the rest. A lot of great features beside upselling. Visually great and most important: scarcity elements. I'm also very excited for the updates coming. Must have for any store.

So far so good. Just installed about a week ago. The app seems to be working good, a little early to tell sales results as we will need to tweak our offer I'm sure. The customer service has been fantastic. Request were sent over to make our offer look very similar to one that's on the demo and Armon responded quickly and even made the entire edits for us! The steps to set up a trigger were a bit difficult to follow, and I did end up setting it up wrong. So I sent a chat message to support, and Jalal explained to me what I'd done wrong, and helped me get it straightened out. I am grateful for his patience, as it took me a bit to realize what I wasn't understanding. An app is only as good as its support team, and AfterSell has a great one!

I added this app to help increase upsells after purchase. It did take 3 weeks to get my first sale however, the traffic on my site could be a lot better which I think once this increases I'll see increase in conversions.
