Jam has been incredibly helpful with our setup. I noticed a decline in upsells, and she took the time to walk me through possible reasons behind it, including some platform limitations I wasn’t aware of. Great product. much more intuitive than others I've used (Rebuy), easy to setup and make good looking upsells. The decline button optoon for link only is key. Had a question and Mark in their support helped me out very quickly and clearly.
