We’re very happy with the Air Product Reviews App for our Shopify store. It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and has great features that make collecting and displaying reviews simple and effective. I had an issue with the sidebar displayed by the app on my store, and their support team handled it very quickly and professionally. They responded fast, understood my request clearly, and fixed the problem exactly as I needed. Everything is now working perfectly. Excellent customer service and very helpful team. Really good app for reviews, It's 100% Free and the Feature is Amazing, also Bill helped me a lot through support chat, if you're looking for a reliable review app I really recommend using this one.

I got a great rep today! She heled me setup my app and she also helped to remove the one star review that showed up on my website, that was not legit! She was super quick and also pointed me to great helpful tips to use for my website, within their app.

Very helpful in setting up. Kudos to Arthur for being patient. Thank you so much. This app is much better than any other paid apps we tried. Given that it's free, though features and customizations are still limited, still this app is something you can use.

I've only just installed Air Reviews and encountered some teething issues on my end, but I contacted their support and was shortly assisted by Iris, who was very helpful and expedient with resolving my problems. If this is the kind of service I can expect for the foreseeable future, then I'll definitely recommend their app.

I just installed the Air Product Reviews App & UGC and I’m absolutely impressed! The app is super clean and user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate. I love that the customization options let you tailor everything exactly how you want. Very well designed application and client support is perfect! Lucy was super helpful. They answer immediately and help with whatever you need. The appearance/display online looks very professional and super easy to set up. We didn’t even explore all the many features yet but I’m confident they will be great also.
