Customer service chat support is awesome! Jasmine was incredible and helped me immensely in troubleshooting and in seeing what is possible for us! Just a note for now to check, currently the days after delivery when you send review emails appear to actually be the amount of days after an item is fulfilled in Shopify (not after it is delivered) so, add some extra days in there when you are first starting to be safe!

This app really helped our online store solve the problem of difficulty in inviting reviews, and the customer service responded quickly. When I raised the issue of applicability in my store, their technical staff quickly solved it. And with their Avada SEO plug-in, it can speed up my website in short time, that's awesome!

Sunny and William were quick to answer any questions I had with setting the review app. It is also cleaner aesthetic and easier to use compared to other free review apps.

I needed some support in adding some code to a webstore to enable some features. I used the chat which is available 24/7 and i was being supported by Sunny who was extremely helpful, informative and very efficient. My request was then passed to the Tech William who very quickly sorted out the code and it was added all in under 10 minutes. I cant fault the support one bit. Fantastic product (app) and amazing support, you cant go wrong!

Light weight and very user friendly app with good interface for both the admin user and the customers. Their customer support team is also extremely friendly and quick to understand the root core of my problem. 5/5 would recommend this app to my other partners/clients.

I'm grateful to have access to this app. THANK YOU! I love the homepage tab that allows customers to instantly click on to see reviews. I like that customers can leave pictures. Only issues are that It's not as straight forward as other apps and some of the wording on features need to be updated to reflect when the customer actually gets sent the first review reminder: after fulfillment not after delivery. I was happy to be told that they actually get it after fulfillment though. It would be great if customers can be seen as verified by simply reviewing from the link sent to them via email as well rather than only having the option to sign in to be considered verified. Signing in can be something that makes the customer not want to review and the fact that they received an email requesting a review proves that they are a legitimate customer.

The app is great. It offers everything needed for reviews. I had a trouble to install, the support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Actually Hana is very helpful and kind and professional. She did it all in no time. Thank you

I tried other reviews apps before, but they really didn't worked. I uninstalled them to switch to Avana's app. It easy to understand, to use. The free starter plan is working perfectly, and there are enough options for free if you are on a tight budget. Great job ! I am so convinced that i will try other Avana's app.

This App is wonderful and Ester was so helpful. I would highly recommend this app. I just wish there was a way to just call someone.
