We had a small duplication problem which once I raised it as an issue was cleared by the lovely team of Lydia and Toby. Real fast service so was pleased. Not sure why it happened in the first place but hey it just noughts & ones. Thanks team

The app works great and it's free. A big plus for small stores that are just starting out. Very easy to set up and intuitive. I tried 6 apps before this one and they were all terrible. Reviewing and approving customer reviews is smooth and easy. I had a few questions and the support was great. Thank you Sunny and William for all the help.

This is a great app with some awesome features. It was very easy to integrate with our store and to import our existing reviews. Due to user error, we needed to involve their support team for the final setup, and they were extremely knowledgeable. Liz is particularly helpful!

Liz was very helpful in getting the integration embedded. Will update review if anything changes while using the app, but so far it looks great on the website and was easy to install.

Easy to set up. Had an issue with getting it to work with my theme in certain places but their customer service (Esther and Toby) was very good at fixing my issue quickly. Would highly recommend.
