Just installed the Shopify app, and the layout is very intuitive. Reached out to customer support and was able to talk to someone immediately. Very responsive. I look forward to integrating their app with my store.

Has taken me only a couple short hours to import, integrate, and adjust this to my needs. I'm super happy. May do some minor adjustments to the design in the coding, but this offers me soooooo much more than I ever thought I could expect from it. And the customer service is next level! Thank you Esther for being so patient with me!

Simple to use, great quality. Had some trouble setting it up (my fault) but this was dealt with quickly by Sunny, who had me up and running in minutes. Fantastic customer service.

The first impression of this app is great. The ability to import reviews from other platforms is really great. The fact that you can use the app for free is another great achievement. I can't evaluate all the functions yet, so I still have to get used to it, but the impression so far is already convincing. I had a problem placing and integrating the stars and rating option, the two girls from support Jasmine and Anivia did a great job and solved my problems for me in a few minutes via support access to my store. That's called service!
