Easy to set up. As this is my first time with Shopify, some questions occurred. Jasmine from the support team and the developer Anivia are very flexible and 24/7 responsive. The app was installed and now works very well on my site. Thanks again! Would recommend it to everyone!

I am in the early stages of working with this app, but so far it seems robust. The options for gathering, importing, and displaying reviews are great. While it may not 100% fit our needs, when I reached out for help, Prakash was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining what could be done.

Very attentive and fast prompts with any questions I have for my product reviews. Highly recommend, these guys. lydia & sunny have been such awesome helps..as they have been the two customer support agents I have been talking to. Thanks guys. I look forward to seeing an update on Website Review Options also. :)

the customer service is top notch on this app, i was served by Liz from their customer service live chat. i had a problem and chat with the live chat and their reply were fast and effective. my problem was solved in around 3mins. thank you Liz!

Air Product Reviews App & UGC is very year-round, smooth to use and supports replying to emails very quickly! Esther and Maison's service is very, very good, and they have helped me solve many problems. Thank you very much to them!!

I am very satisfied with this application, very reliable and I will totally keep it, very easy to use and above all with a professional interface. The support is great, they help you in livechat, explain everything to you and if you are blocked they help you themselves.
