Love this app! Had a few questions and wanted to ask support. I was happy to see that they had live chat. I clicked it, but wasn't expecting an instant response. It's 3 oclock on a saturday. Julianna responded instantly, fixed all my issues, answered all my questions. I'm just amazed at the level of service- instant help on a saturday, for a free app! I can't believe it! And the reviews themselves look great, and super customizable to the merchant's needs. Seriously, you can't go wrong with this app.

while there are a few features I wish this app had, I came back because of how user friendly and intuitive it is to use. The way it looks and the options to display reviews are amazing and the support is phenomenal. Ive never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response and every question or issue resolved right away. Overall, this is the best review app and its FREE! You cannot go wrong.

Highly recommended. I just started to use this and i am loving it so far. I have tried other apps but it just does not work for me. this is the only review app that is easy to use and customer service is superb.
