I have been installing this app for more than a week now, but the team running this app is not competent at all. Every time you talk to a different person, every time you have to explain the problem again, they should review their organization. Ps: if you have Gempages you will be in serious trouble with them, I recommend other apps

A must have for businesses looking to gain and display reviews easily. I switched to this app mainly for the automatic emails sent to customers asking for reviews after purchases, something other apps don't provide. Setup was effortless, and I easily customised the widget through my theme editor custom CSS. Emily from customer service was a great help, and quick to reply, in finishing the setup of the app. Overall, the best app for reviews, plus its FREE! Can't fault it.
