I had a small issue with the app, but Hana thankfully helped me and understood very quickly my issue :-) The app is very easy to use and it is quite complete for a free app ! Would recommend.

I'd say the app itself is 3 stars in it's current state but the customer support is 5 stars. There are some features missing when it comes to branding and customization as well as some features that don't work as intended and/or at all. With that said, their customer support was obliged to immediately take care of all my issues. Ideally they will fix and add missing/broken features to make the app itself better so that users mustn't rely on customer support so much; assuming they do this and bring the functionality up to 5 stars, the app will be a perfect experience. Thank you to Emily and Liz for diligently taking care of all of my problems, I hope to see the app improve down the line so you don't need to work so hard.

I am new to managing reviews on my website. I downloaded Air Product Reviews relatively easily but was not sure where to begin. I waited a couple of days and didn't see any reviews on my site. I clicked on the online chat and within 10 seconds Esther asked what she could help with. I explained my situation. She logged into my site and within 5 minutes enabled everything and I now have the ability for customers to leave 5 star reviews on every product. I am very happy with the look and the overall feel it has added to my site. Thank you for your help. John

Not yet fully using this yet, but seems pretty powerful, covering most needs of a small business. Customer support was great, Hana was brilliant! Super friendly and very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. Definitely be considering Air Reviews for my site.

I was looking for a replacement for the previous review app, and my friend recommended air review. During the test, I found that the customer service responded quickly and the product was very easy to use
