AG Product Reviews App & UGC

I installed the app and had a trouble how to display the reviews on our product page. I reached AVADA support through online chat and they sorted out the problem for me immediately. Great work Lydia and Anivia. Thanks a lot :)

Chanced upon this app when trying to change over from another review app. Was a little sceptical at the start as it was a free app with all the features I needed. Nonetheless, it was free so I decided to give it a try. First thought, the app was very well built with clear instructions. However, there were many aspects of it that were not fully built on like the integration function. The best part about the app I got to say was the customer service team that was with me throughout the day. They were experienced, kind and really knowledgeable about the app. It was as if I was speaking to a human AI that replied almost instantaneously. They helped with importing reviews, general questions, building widgets and even debugging certain issues when it came to integrating widgets into my store. Defo a major thumbs up to the customer service team! Overall, really good app and Shopify should have more apps like this as it really supports the whole small business scene. Would recommend anyone to use this app if they are looking to put some reviews on their site!

Very helpful customer support

I had a problem with Refresh template. Jasmine, Anivia and the tech support have been really professional in solving my issue, providing updates and confirming that everything was working smoothly.

My Shopify Homepage is a little bit hard to set up the APP, so I asked the support, Liz to help me. And the process is very fast, just one hour then my shop is perfectly set up.

Yet I am still discovering the app, but I am in love with its features and the support team - Esther and Liz - is very amiable and professional, they helped me to setup the app smoothly, up & running and now I am happy that I can see my customers reviews on my webstore.
