It didn't work at first but after Esther worked her magic, it looks great on my site! Fast response and quickly solved.

We had installed that app, as it did read client or order data of our store. After a newer update, that app became the same data-kraken as all the other review apps. This is the reason, why we have to change our rating from 5 to 1 stars. Too bad. You had an outstanding feature over all other review apps, but you ruined it. :( Former rating ---------------------------------- Great app with great support. I really appreciate that app for two reasons: 1. The app reduces the shared client data to a minimum. Not like the competitors apps who are data kraken. 2. Great and fast support! Highly recommended.

I was facing difficulties in the installation and importing reviews with air app. I was thinking to delete the app but then I thought to contact support where Ms. Lydia helped me out of the way which I was not expecting. Actually I was setting up a new store and the problems were on my end which she helped me removing those errors after which the app is now working successfully. Her support was exceptional, she did nor show any hesitancy and remained cooperative throughout the process. I recommend this app, not only for its good working but if you stuck somewhere, the staff is there to resolve your issues. Thanks

Had a few teething problems getting it to work with our theme but the support team (including Esther, Jasmine, Gideon, Lydia, William and others) were all excellent and spent a long time helping me to get it right. Incredible for a free app. I'd definitely recommend this app and would try others from the same developer.

Great functionality for free. Also, the support if very quick to respond and assist. Has a few bugs, but overall worth it to me.
