AG Product Reviews App & UGC

loved customer service Esther and Tony!!! were quick and up to the mark.

Wendy was super helpful!!!

I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with this free review plugin! Its features are incredibly powerful, and the design is simply stunning. But that's not all – the support from Emily has been outstanding. She's not only professional and patient but also impressively accurate in identifying issues and providing effective solutions. I couldn't be happier with both the plugin. Truly top-notch!

Esther and Gideon did a great job helping me set up my app!! I would recommend this app. Very quick and reliable responses.

I am very grateful to Jasmine and Tony for the wonderful service!!!

my all old reviews got deleted due to the app bug problem, help me get them back fast

このアプリはとても素晴らしいです。 設定に手こずっていましたが、Chatからサポートから、設定までを すべてを素早く完全な形でサポートしていただけました。 ここまでやって頂いて無料のアプリとは、、、神対応のアプリです！

They have an excellent and quick service. Hana helped me in the process, highly recommended.

I have been installing this app for more than a week now, but the team running this app is not competent at all. Every time you talk to a different person, every time you have to explain the problem again, they should review their organization. Ps: if you have Gempages you will be in serious trouble with them, I recommend other apps

the support is very quick to answer

thank you good service

Very nice and speedy

I cannot say enough good things about the Air Reviews app and their outstanding support team. I recently encountered some integration issues with the app on my Shopify store, and Liz from the support team was an absolute lifesaver! From the get-go, the app has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for our store. It's sleek, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify, making managing and displaying customer reviews a breeze. However, what truly sets Air Reviews apart is their top-notch customer support. When I faced some technical difficulties, Liz was quick to respond and went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly. Her patience, knowledge, and dedication to helping customers like me are truly commendable. If you're looking for an exceptional reviews app that works seamlessly with Shopify and a support team that genuinely cares about your success, look no further than Air Reviews. They've won a customer for life in me. Highly recommended!

Emily is a great help, so nice person!!

Great support!

A must have for businesses looking to gain and display reviews easily. I switched to this app mainly for the automatic emails sent to customers asking for reviews after purchases, something other apps don't provide. Setup was effortless, and I easily customised the widget through my theme editor custom CSS. Emily from customer service was a great help, and quick to reply, in finishing the setup of the app. Overall, the best app for reviews, plus its FREE! Can't fault it.

customer service is 10/10 they are so helpful and guide you through everything
