Great App! And Great support! I had some problems importing reviews from csv files and they fixed it quickly. Very good review app, good problem solving service. Recommended app!

We've tried importing reviews from different Amazon links, but it never worked. We contacted the support, and they said they were looking into it. We contacted them again after a few days, and they were still looking into it. Now it's been a month, it's still not working and nobody is helping us. We found 2 other apps that import reviews from Amazon without issue. So Unfortunately, we do not recommend this application and the support behind it.

My experience so far has been wonderful. This app is very easy to use and to navigate. you just have to play around with it a bit. I contacted them for help and dealt with Esther, I wanted the dates of the reviews removed because I really don't feel it is necessary to have. She was kind enough to help me promptly and got it done in 2 minutes. This is what I call customer service. For all these reasons I definitely will keep this app. Thank you!
