This is an updated review after few weeks of use. In the very begining the app itself had few issues with integrating but thanks to the support everything was fixed and worked perfectly within couple of hours. Love the price of this app (FREE!) and the fact that it does exactly what it's supposed to do - allow reviews to be left and displayed. It's exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the amount of work that has gone into developing it. But the real is is the customer service. I've been looking for a good user experience with reviews plugin, luckily I found air product reviews, it's so easy to use. The quality of customer service is very high and Lydia has helped me a lot!

My experience with this app so far has been much better than others I have tried. Liz was accommodating ( and to mention-this was prompt customer service on a Sunday morning) in helping me work out some issues with the review displaying correctly on my site. I really enjoy how I can elect to have a list of reviews available for viewing on the side of the page vs. seeing reviews by going to an individual listing. As long as the app is easily compatible with my Shopify theme, I plan on using it going forward

I had seen a lot of apps in the shopify app store but this app is really nice and easy to install, I was surprised that the customer support was free of cost quick available. 100% recommended to use this app if you needed.
