I just installed this app a few minutes ago. I immediately had a question about how to upload old reviews from Yotpo (sp?). I was pleasantly surprised to find the chat helper was an actual person. They helped me reformat my file so I could upload it and it only took a short while!

Exceptional Service and Functionality! After experiencing significant issues with my previous review platform, I was forced to search for a new application. one of the best customer service I 've ever dealt with. April was crazy fast and so kind. I give her a 5 stars because I cannot give her 6 :) special mention for Iris from the customer services who was so kind and helpful
