Love this app. it's very very easy to use with Shopify as well as aesthetically pleasing. And if you need assistance with any of the app features, the customer service chat is amazing and very helpful. I had the pleasure to work with Mirra, she went helped me with my issue, and gave me a tip for the future. absolutely reccomend and If you get Mirra when needing to chat.. consider yourself lucky!

Great customer service, ask them for any technical support and they always deliver. The app also has so many features including, rating, collecting reviews, customization etc.

Support ist erste Sahne! Die App an sich könnte noch ein paar kleine nützliche Updates haben wie z.b Googlebewertungen anzeigen etc. aber ansonsten gut!

I have been using the app for a while now and have had a great experience so far. Love the features, customization abilities and how easy it is to use the app. Recently, I wanted to migrate my reviews from one Shopify account to another, and Audrey from support was very helpful with explaining to me the whole process step by step along with some other question that I had. Definitely recommend as they also roll out new updates quite regularly, and you can find yourself with new features to work with.

I honestly don’t even have the words to describe how amazing the support team for this app is — especially Audrey and Doris! We needed to make a few edits using the Air Product Reviews app on our website, and they were incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout.
