Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — and the app is fantastic too! ️ I was honestly feeling really confused and overwhelmed trying to figure out how to set up product reviews and UGC on my store. So many features, so many settings — I wasn’t sure where to even start . But then I reached out through the chat on the Air Product Reviews App, and that’s when everything changed. Sonny jumped into the chat and immediately made me feel heard and understood . He walked me through every step, answered all my (many!) questions with patience, and never rushed me. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend who actually knew what they were doing . Thanks to Sonny’s guidance, I now have gorgeous customer reviews and user-generated content showing on my store — it looks so professional and helps build real trust with my visitors . 素晴らしいアプリです。以前は有料プランがあったようですが、最近の変更ですべて無料になったようです。最初のセッティングで戸惑いましたがJasmine のチャットサポートがとても早くて親切でした。
