I'm absolutely loving the Air Product Review app! Not only is it super easy to use and customize, but Arthur from customer support went above and beyond to set up the app for me. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable - made sure everything was working perfectly!

I really love the Air Product Reviews app! It’s super easy to use, reliable, and has made managing and collecting reviews so much smoother for my business. But what truly makes this app stand out is their outstanding customer support — honestly one of the best teams I’ve ever talked with. A huge shoutout to Jade, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. I had such an amazing experience with the Air Reviews support team — especially Felicity! It was my first day using the app, and I accidentally imported the wrong review file (a big one too, over 20,000 reviews!). I was really worried I had messed things up, but Felicity was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the whole process.Highly recommend Air Reviews not just for its great features, but for its exceptional customer service.

Felicity. Sinceramente, es lo mejor de lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo, está en otro nivel. Me ayudó en todo lo que tenía dudas, sin importar lo complejas que fueran. The app is really awesome, it covers most your needs about customer reviews. But the best part was the support, one guy whose name was Arthur spent over 1 hour with me solving my small issues, which fortunately were all solved in the end :) I can absolutely recommend this app!

A TOTAL MUST-HAVE! Air Product Reviews is, by far, an app that complements your store in literally every aspect necessary to make it totally professional. Not only are the internal applications great and comprehensive, but Hana also helped me enormously with customization and answering all my questions. What's more, I am certain and confident that if I have any further questions, she will come to my help. I can't say enough good things about this app and my experience with their customer service. Look no further, this app is everything you need for your store.

I had an issue importing my reviews using an XLSX file, and Russ was incredibly helpful. He quickly checked my file, fixed the issue, and sent back an updated version that worked perfectly. What I really appreciated was how fast and patient he was throughout the whole process. He even double-checked everything and guided me step by step. Thankyou Russ!!!—support like this makes a big difference.
