Hana has provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I truly enjoy using this app — not only because it’s free, but more importantly, because it meets all my business needs. It supports verified purchase badges, star ratings just like Amazon, and offers an incredibly user-friendly interface. One feature I particularly love is the ability to import reviews via spreadsheet — it’s so simple! All you need is the basic product information. I currently use this app on both of my Shopify stores, and as my business grows, I’ll definitely continue using it. Thank you again for such a great tool and outstanding support!

I really love this app—both of my Shopify stores are using it. It's by far the most user-friendly software I've come across. Anyone working with Shopify should definitely know about it. Sonny from your support team has been incredibly helpful, patiently walking me through things I didn’t understand.
