Mirra had been very helpful and extremely patient. She addressed all my issues and I was able to set up this app perfectly well. It is easy to integrate and works very well with shopify. Very happy to have connected with Air: Product Reviews and UGC.

I had trouble with the setup at first, but Hana kindly guided me through everything step by step. She even helped fix some issues with the import data, and thanks to her support, I was able to complete the setup successfully. I'm truly grateful—thank you so much!

I've had this app for only a few hours and it only took that for me to wish I had found it sooner! If the incredible features, ease of use and variety of options for customizations were not enough, the support staff sealed the deal! Felicity & Avery are hands down two of the kindest, patient and helpful people I have experienced working with through an app support chat. I am so thankful to them both for going above and beyond to help me through a few hiccups transferring my reviews from the previous host. If it was possible I would ask for one of them each time I needed support. Don't hesitate to download this app, peace of mind is just a few clicks away!

The support team is very enthusiastic and responsive. The app is extremely useful, and I believe the team is actively working on adding and improving new features. I'm currently using the free plan, and so far, I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I reached out to the team for help with aligning and sizing the title on the Review Carousel, something I couldn’t adjust on my own. I was lucky to have Felicity assist me with my request. She was efficient, quick, and so helpful, and I got everything sorted out in no time. Huge thanks to Felicity and the tech team, I truly appreciate the support! I’m especially impressed by the level of professionalism, even though I’m just on the free version. Really grateful!
