I've been using the Air Reviews app for my Shopify store, and I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use and how clean the design looks on my site. It’s simple to set up, customizable, and does exactly what I need for collecting and displaying customer reviews. What truly stood out, though, was the amazing customer support. I had a few questions while setting things up, and Fecility from the support team was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me step-by-step, quickly resolved my issue, and even gave me some great tips to optimize the app’s look on my product pages. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable, feature-rich review solution backed by a fantastic support team!

I had a great experience using the Air Reviews app. The interface is clean, simple, and works perfectly for my Shopify store. Customer service is very responsible and patient in helping. But Unable to start plugin, refreshing after startup prompts to start again.

The plugin is quite user-friendly, and customer support responds promptly. The only drawback is the limited import capacity—currently only 10 entries are supported

For some reason my reviews were not visible on my website. Hana fixed my issue very quickly.

So far so great! Very easy to deploy and manage. Support if very fast and helpful. It is free for now. But hopefully stays that way or at least allows a generous free tier when they start monetising.
