Very happy with the app and its features. There are a good number of widgets to choose from to show the reviews in different formats. The customizability and integration with different themes is very good as well. The support is also amazing. They respond very fast and are helpful with all inquiries. Alyssa in particular was very helpful with my request of resizing one of the widgets. She passed it through their technical team and I had the changes done in the same day.

There's many review apps on the app store, and believe me I have tried them all... some lack features, some lack poor design & some lack the control over how to request reviews (eg. via Klaviyo etc). I moved to Air Product reviews yesterday, and in the process of getting my site all updated - support are on hand to assist, although a little slow at times they seem to be there 24/7 which is great. This app for me ticks almost all boxes, and i'm very happy I found it. :)

I wouldn't recommend this app. Despite sending a request for a review to my only customer, it hasn't worked as expected. I've sent out two emails requesting a review, but neither included a working link. I'm still waiting for a response from customer support The good news is that the support staff is super helpful.
