great app the best part is its free. i do wish it would import the reviews automaticly or atleast find the products you want to import over instead of having to hunt and search everything other wise its perfect. The customer service agent Audrey is great as well. thank you

I'm fairly new to ecommerce & Avada app is quite straightfwd to use. My good experience comes from Avada's helpful staff. They seemed well trained & professional in their sphere of work. I'm glad to work with them - Tracy, Lydia & esp Liz. I appreciated esp. Liz's follow up on an outdstanding issue even after our conversation ended. Thank you for all yr assistance.

The application was nice and easy to use, but the interface that prompted users to contribute was confusing.

This app has 1 weakness: it can't be translated for multilingual stores, instead you can only choose one language. That said, I can't give anything less than 5 stars because the app is free and excellent. Great branding options and support staff is fast to answer questions. Integrates with shopify flow and other automation apps.

Overall, it is quite useful, but there are some minor flaws. Customer service personnel provided timely feedback and I will continue to use it

Great App for free price but lack few functionalities like product groups and all review widget to make review page. 5/5 for support, I connect with "Lydia" in support. No complains there.
