The app is very easy to install, the Support from the team is great, I was stuck on enabling the app and Felicity responded within minutes and got my queries all sorted out. The SUPPORT team is great, thank you Felicity!

Lots of configuration options for a free app, really pleased that I've been able to get this to suit exactly what I needed. I was really struggling to find something that suited my store as a lot of review apps don't have enough customisation to suit dark theme stores, or have it locked behind really expensive monthly fees. Air Products had everything I needed on a free app, really happy with it. Thanks to Felicity at the support team to for helping me get the app set up when I couldn't find a few of the setting, got support pretty much straight away and they were super helpful. If I could rate 10 out of 5 stars I would!

After installing the app I was having trouble importing my reviews. After a quick chat with the wonderful Mirra my problems were solved, thoroughly and with an explanation, and I was back in business. A+ app and service!

En mi caso, tuve un inconveniente con la configuración de la app y el servicio de mensajeria , y Jade del servicio técnico me atendió de forma impecable: paciente, clara y muy resolutiva hasta dejar todo funcionando a la perfección. La aplicación Air Product Reviews es sumamente confiable, flexible y completa: permite importar reseñas, personalizar widgets y ajustar la configuración según las necesidades de la tienda.Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el soporte, en especial hago mención especial a JADE; si surge algún problema, puedes estar seguro de que el equipo (en especial Jade) te lo resolverá rápidamente. La recomiendo sin dudar a cualquier negocio que busque reseñas profesionales y confiables en Shopify.

I had a display problem and the support answered very quick ! This app is a must if you are a shopify beginner, i recommend it !!
