The app is really awesome, it covers most your needs about customer reviews. But the best part was the support, one guy whose name was Arthur spent over 1 hour with me solving my small issues, which fortunately were all solved in the end :) I can absolutely recommend this app!

Very good APP and very good experience with the support team

I had an issue importing my reviews using an XLSX file, and Russ was incredibly helpful. He quickly checked my file, fixed the issue, and sent back an updated version that worked perfectly. What I really appreciated was how fast and patient he was throughout the whole process. He even double-checked everything and guided me step by step. Thankyou Russ!!!—support like this makes a big difference.
