I had such a great experience working with Audrey and Anivia from the Air Product Reviews team. I had a few specific requests, including replacing the default star rating with Air’s star rating widget in a custom section of my theme, and asking if it was possible to make the star rating auto-scroll to the review section when clicked. They responded quickly, kindly, and clearly understood exactly what I needed. Not only did they provide clear instructions, but they also went the extra mile to ensure everything worked smoothly on my site. It’s rare to find support that’s both technically skilled and genuinely friendly — but Audrey and Anivia were just that. Their support made the integration process feel so easy and stress-free. Thank you both so much for your help! I highly recommend Air Product Reviews, especially because of the amazing support team behind it.

Very happy with the app and its features. There are a good number of widgets to choose from to show the reviews in different formats. The customizability and integration with different themes is very good as well. The support is also amazing. They respond very fast and are helpful with all inquiries. Alyssa in particular was very helpful with my request of resizing one of the widgets. She passed it through their technical team and I had the changes done in the same day.

There's many review apps on the app store, and believe me I have tried them all... some lack features, some lack poor design & some lack the control over how to request reviews (eg. via Klaviyo etc). I moved to Air Product reviews yesterday, and in the process of getting my site all updated - support are on hand to assist, although a little slow at times they seem to be there 24/7 which is great. This app for me ticks almost all boxes, and i'm very happy I found it. :)
