The app is flawless and attractive on my store. The features are really good for the free plan as well The customer support is amazing, especially Audrey, she helped me import reviews from third party apps and did all the tough work for me, thank you!

I’ve had some good customer support experiences before, but Tiana has taken things to a whole new level! Honestly, I’m starting to think she might be a superhero in disguise. She was so quick to solve my issue, I barely had time to make a cup of coffee before everything was sorted. And not just that—she did it with such charm and grace that I couldn’t help but smile the entire time. If every customer service rep were as delightful and efficient as Tiana, the world would be a much better place. Seriously, if Tiana ever starts a fan club, sign me up—I’m already a huge fan! Thanks for making my day, Tiana. You’re the best!

Grâce à cette application, j'ai pu recueillir des avis clients de manière fluide et améliorer la crédibilité de mes produits. J'aimerais particulièrement remercier Hana pour son excellent service client. Elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions rapidement et m'a aidé à résoudre un problème technique en un temps record. I’m not usually one to ask for help tbh but this time I’m glad i did! Audrey was soo helpful and she made the process for me very smooth as I was also busy so I’m definitely going to keep this app, it’s easier than I thought! Best customer support. I had an annoying glitch with my product star rating being duplicated and I tried fixing it myself but had no luck. So I contacted the customer support for assistance and they got it fixed in no time. Huge thanks to Penelope and Charles from Avada customer support for helping me out.
