Aria was a huge help, she helped me with getting the review reminder set up where it will automatically notify them to submit their review after delivery. This is a powerful app that is helping us level up our review game, alhough set up is easy, I did need support to show me how to send an invitation to review on past orders (greater than 60 days too) Kipuka in the support team handled that for me and in the end it was super easy!

Just installed and set up this app and am blown away with how well developed it is. The staff was SUPER fast to help and very efficient. Riley helped me and answered all of my questions quickly and made all the corrections I needed. I'm pretty impressed right out of the gate!
