Simple and easy to use. The support chat (Avery) was very helpful and worked quickly.

I had some trouble getting my reviews and testimonials to display correctly after migrating, but the Avada support team was excellent. Bill helped me import the reviews, and Avery took over when things weren’t showing up properly. They carefully checked my settings, explained what was happening, and even added some sample testimonials so I could see everything working. What stood out was the patience and persistence, they stayed with me until reviews, ratings, and the review box were all visible again. Big thanks to Avery especially for following through until the end. Solid support and a helpful app once configured.

I’ve been using the Air Product Reviews App, and it’s been fantastic. The app is super easy to use, integrates smoothly with my store, and helps build customer trust with reviews. A special mention to Julie from the support team – she was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and guided me through everything I needed. ive tried judge.me, yotpo (which didnt even work, couldnt send any emails, support was non existent), loox, and a few others and this by far is the best. SOOO many features available on free plan (like even allowing you to set up discounts for reviews), everything was so easy to set up and use even though im not using dawn or a standard theme. i ran into some problems with the set up and sending some emails to past orders, and the chat support was immediate. i spoke with felicity who helped answer my questions and was super helpful sharing screenshots and answering my questions. i think this is amazing value for what you get, and when my store grows and i need more features i will be glad to pay for their paid plans, if this is the support i get already on free. excellent.

The app is very easy to install, the Support from the team is great, I was stuck on enabling the app and Felicity responded within minutes and got my queries all sorted out. The SUPPORT team is great, thank you Felicity!

Lots of configuration options for a free app, really pleased that I've been able to get this to suit exactly what I needed. I was really struggling to find something that suited my store as a lot of review apps don't have enough customisation to suit dark theme stores, or have it locked behind really expensive monthly fees. Air Products had everything I needed on a free app, really happy with it. Thanks to Felicity at the support team to for helping me get the app set up when I couldn't find a few of the setting, got support pretty much straight away and they were super helpful. If I could rate 10 out of 5 stars I would!
