simple to use, AND they have a very active support chat system. I got great help from a number of their people, especially Jasmine and Toby. you can do a good amount of customization, even with just the basic version. I can see how this can be used more on my site.

The modules were unpublished due to an unknown/ maybe theme related issue, but Jasmine came to the rescue in less than 5 minutes!

They completely deleted the changes I did to the "ask for a review" email without any warning on their part, they reset all the content to their default content and subject. I found that out when I wanted to make a small new change to that template. When I asked about this they literally blamed me, saying "Not sure you saved when you edited" LOOL what the hell is this customer support? I know I saved it because I tested it and a lot of customers already received that new version.... Horrible that you change things randomly, and horrible Customer Support blaming the client

Hello Guys! i just installed this app and when i tell you the customer service is A1 Hana assisted me throughout the way. I first was trying to do it by myself but she asked to help and when I tell you she did everything so seamless and fast for me! Omggg I'm so happy for amazing apps and service like this its makes running your business so much easier. I just check this off my list! THANK YOU HANA!!! I APPRECIATE YOU!
