The support team is very enthusiastic and responsive. The app is extremely useful, and I believe the team is actively working on adding and improving new features. I'm currently using the free plan, and so far, I'm very satisfied with the experience.

I reached out to the team for help with aligning and sizing the title on the Review Carousel, something I couldn’t adjust on my own. I was lucky to have Felicity assist me with my request. She was efficient, quick, and so helpful, and I got everything sorted out in no time. Huge thanks to Felicity and the tech team, I truly appreciate the support! I’m especially impressed by the level of professionalism, even though I’m just on the free version. Really grateful!

I got Riley to help me. I had a question and she answered it immediately, and I was helped right away. I also had a few other questions, and she explained everything very clearly with pictures. She took her time and answered immediately. I didn't have to wait for answers. And in between, she even gave me other tips that I hadn't thought of myself. Truly fantastic. Thanks, Riley.

Abby provided excellent support—she was prompt, friendly, and resolved my issue perfectly. The Avada app is user-friendly and highly effective, but it’s the outstanding customer service (like Abby’s) that makes the experience exceptional. Highly recommended!

I would recommend this app based on my experience. I am a new store owner and budget is tight. I am using the free feature for now and the customer service is excellent. I am encouraged to upgrade to the paid features as soon as business picks up. Jasmine has been very helpful and patient with me.
