This is the best review app for people with a small budget. Everything is free, and the app is easy to use. Hana helped me quickly with a problem I had, and was super kind and professional. Highly recommend this app, especially if you're just starting!

I am using the Air Product Reviews app, and I must say, it's one of the best review platforms I've come across. The app provides a seamless experience of reading, importing and managing etc. reviews. What truly stands out is their excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of interacting with Audrey, who went above and beyond to assist me. She provided exceptional service and addressed my concerns promptly, all within a very short time. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for reliable reviews and top-notch customer support.

Loved the app, does the work. Simple and Clean UI. And the support team is very helpful, especially Felicity, who helped me get through things that I couldn't have figured out on my own.

Awesome product! There were a few minor bugs, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch — especially Jade! She solved everything, literally everything. Don’t hesitate to buy and use this product — the customer service alone is worth it!

I'm most of the way through the setup phase. So far, it's fairly intuitive and simple. Lots of customizable aspects, but they aren't too overwhelming to set up. Jasmine helped me when I had a question. She was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping to schedule "review requests" to be sent in a couple weeks for the orders I received yesterday. But you can only schedule them out for future orders, not past orders. However, you can send them immediately for past orders.

one of the best apps for my store. 10/10 customer service anytime i had a issue they were quick to help me out. Didn't experience any bugs or problems and is not pricey. It also integrates perfectly with my custom theme unlike a lot of review apps I used in the past. Jade especially has been very helpful thanks a lot

The Air Product Review App has been amazing for my store! I had some challenges installing the review widget, but Jasmine and Andrew from the support team went above and beyond to help me out. They were super patient, detailed, and made sure everything was working perfectly. The app itself is easy to use and looks great on my site. Once I learned what a widget is, the setup was pretty straight forward. I received A LOT of help from their tech support. I was in software technical support for a few years, and I know how difficult it is. Special shout out to Sonny; great job!
