Its a good app, and Hana at the customer service is amazing!

I installed the Air Product reviews app but there was some changes i have to do it and my customer support agents Alicia, Audrey and Doris and William help me and did what i want, they are too good! Thank you so much!

This is a really good app. It's very easy to use. You can import reviews and invite customer reviews, and the reviews can display pictures, which is very helpful for sales. The customer service staff was very quick to answer any questions I had, especially "Hana," who handled the issue professionally and with a great attitude.

Felicity worked with me tirelessly until my issue was resolved. She was patient and got my app working in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend her and this app!

Nous n'aimons pas laisser un mauvais avis, mais cette app nous a causé trop de problèmes. Nous avons passé plusieurs mois à contacter le support à cause de tous les bugs, les problèmes et les blocages. Cette application n'est pas fiable et ils ne testent pas leurs fonctionnalités avant de les lancer. Résultat, ça a créé énormément de problèmes sur notre site. Before getting into the app I have to mention that the support members are the best, they helped me with all my problems and resolved them really quick. On another hand the app itself is really good, can be customised pretty easily on free plan and doesn't give headaches.
