I just have to say they go above and beyond I'm still shocked at how fast they are and solve stuff, I asked for help less than 2 minutes the coding for the theme and some other stuff went as fast as anything really recommend. So helpful and knowledgeable staff but best of all they are nice and helpful

Einige Details waren nicht so einfach zu individualisieren oder mussten sowohl in der App, als auch im Theme Editor verändert werden. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Theoretisch lässt sich die Sprache der Text Felder nur in der Pro Version verstellen, was ich sehr schade finde, praktisch ließ sich allerdings auch alles in der Free Version ändern. Wieder, ziemlich verwirrend. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob das so bleibt. Der Support, besonders Abby und Prakash, war sehr freundlich und engagiert und haben mir so schnell es ging geholfen, obwohl ich vorerst nur die Free Version nutze. Alles in allem ist die App eine Empfehlung wert!

hana war sofort zur stelle und hat mich durch die app gefuehrt ,besser gesagt sie hat alles alleine gemacht, nun funktioniert alles perfect danke hana ich kann die app nur weiter empfehlen toller servive

First time asking a setup question . First of all, they have many languages to choose from, which is very user-friendly for me! Also, a big thank you to Hana for her kind and patient help in setting up the programs I needed for my store . This has been a huge help to me! Thanks again to Hana for her patience.

I just downloaded this app and it already seems very professional and well structured. I had a problem at the very beginning and Damian from the costumer service was ready to solve it all. He was very helpful and quick to resolve all doubts. I highly recommend this app!

App is great. We had a slight issue with the review stars showing up when we updated our theme but Audrey and Toby got them put back for us in no time!

Although I have not tried this application in terms of ease of use, I would like to evaluate one of the employees of the help center in providing the service, and her name is here because she is very cooperative and quick in resolving problems, and is very polite and kind in dealing, so I feel that it is a beautiful start with this application, as long as the help center communicates with customers in a nice way and they are quick to solve the problem, thank you
