Best tool with great support

I would recommend this app based on my experience. I am a new store owner and budget is tight. I am using the free feature for now and the customer service is excellent. I am encouraged to upgrade to the paid features as soon as business picks up. Jasmine has been very helpful and patient with me.

I am using the Air Product Reviews app, and I must say, it's one of the best review platforms I've come across. The app provides a seamless experience of reading, importing and managing etc. reviews. She provided exceptional service and addressed my concerns promptly, all within a very short time. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for reliable reviews and top-notch customer support.

Loved the app, does the work. Simple and Clean UI. And the support team is very helpful, especially Felicity, who helped me get through things that I couldn't have figured out on my own.

Awesome product! There were a few minor bugs, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch — especially Jade! She solved everything, literally everything. Don’t hesitate to buy and use this product — the customer service alone is worth it!

I'm most of the way through the setup phase. So far, it's fairly intuitive and simple. Lots of customizable aspects, but they aren't too overwhelming to set up. Jasmine helped me when I had a question. She was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping to schedule "review requests" to be sent in a couple weeks for the orders I received yesterday. But you can only schedule them out for future orders, not past orders. However, you can send them immediately for past orders.

one of the best apps for my store. 10/10 customer service anytime i had a issue they were quick to help me out. Didn't experience any bugs or problems and is not pricey. It also integrates perfectly with my custom theme unlike a lot of review apps I used in the past. Jade especially has been very helpful thanks a lot
