First Alyssa and then Alicia helped me to find the right settings for my review widgets and store. The assistance was fast and seamless, exactly how customer support should be, kind and problem-solving. So far, the app does exactly what I have expected. The import of text, pictures and video reviews is great and the different widgets can be customized and displayed in different ways. Thanks :-)

Highly responsive and efficient support team! Everyone on the team who helped me set up the app was very responsive and friendly. Every problem I encountered was solved swiftly, and they made the setup process smooth and stress-free. The app works great and the support experience has been excellent so far. Highly recommended!

Very easy app to set up and navigate. Its clean and simple, I contacted support through chat and they answered and helped immediately! Very happy with it. :) I got Iris on the chat, she offered to help herself or sent me instructions, she gave me clear instructions and screenshot and resolved my issue within 5 mins.

I really love the Air Product Reviews app! It’s super easy to use, reliable, and has made managing and collecting reviews so much smoother for my business. But what truly makes this app stand out is their outstanding customer support — honestly one of the best teams I’ve ever talked with. As a new store front owner, the response time to my questions was very fast. The interaction was personable and informative. Iris was great.
