Abby from customer support helped me out when I was importing reviews. They weren't working and I couldn't find the fix until Abby helped me very quickly. The design of the reviews and other features are nice and are functional. Overall great app, highly recommend!

Unbelievably easy to install! Customer support (Tracy and Abby) were wonderful in helping to set up the functionality in our store. I'm still yet to experience the full functionality, but from what I see so far in comparison to other review apps we've used, this seems to be exactly what we need. Clean interface as well. I'd absolutely recommend this app!

A bit difficult to understand for a beginner (for this app), although I normally work with computers and software.. Not easy to find your way around. But I got great help from Jasmine and William so now the app is running

This review plugin is very powerful, and it offers a free package, which is very friendly to a new store like mine. If I can make a profit, I will be happy to open a premium package. The most important thing is that their customer service Hana helped me a lot, thank you Hana!

It was super easy to import reviews from my old website which was super helpful. When I ran into a snag, I got instant online help while still in my shopify store. Sonny was such a big help. He was knowledgable, and went above and beyond by helping with my initial question, but then seeing another issue I didn't even know I was having, and fixed it. All this happened in about 6 minutes. Now everything is up and running perfectly. Thank you Sonny and Air Product Reviews. I am a satisfied customer.

Jasmine and William were super helpful today. I had a question about colors/fonts and expected to get code to enter or worse-- the runaround. Instead, they quickly jumped to action and fixed my issue within minutes. I installed Air Product Review as it is one of the few that integrates with my loyalty program. It is not as intuitive as the old review app I was using, but for the integration, I think it is enough. Whenever I needed help from the support, I was promptly replied, especially from Hana. Hana was so quick and on point with her support and very patient with my questions and mistakes. I wish all shopify apps support worked like her, my life would be much easier.

The app seems very promising so far! Hana from the support team has been incredibly helpful and is such a polite and wonderful person. I had been struggling with importing reviews for two days, but when I reached out to support, Hana resolved my issue instantly. It took less than 5 minutes! She also helped me with some videos, guidelines and screenshots to better understand how it works. Excellent support experience, looking forward to building my store's credibility with the help of this app!
