As a novice this is still easy to use! Any confusions quickly cleared up with the chat support - Tiana was particularly helpful and took all the stress away from my lack of tech knowledge! Very happy, would recommend for simple review app :)

Yes. The apps is super. The UI is quite simple and clean. And the helpdesk is quite helpful and Esther from Support team helped me a lot.
