EVERYTHING IS SUPER FAST IN THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.THANKS TIANA!!! For example when I ask for editing the CSS, it fixed in 5 mins. It is in my first time to get the solution like this. I highly recommend this app!!

Emily was so helpful importing my reviews from another company. She was so patient with me and I really appreciate her help. I am excited about using this app for my store, I think it will be great :)

I am switching to the Product Reviews app from Avada as my previous provider limited the number of reviews I could get per month. The transition was very smooth and I was able to transfer all my existing reviews. Despite the easy process I still needed help from the support team. A very cooperative and nice Audrey helped me figure out that there was a mistake in my importing data which I was unable to see on myself. Very great experience, and a nice and professional support.

Sunny and Tony helped me with a glitch where the Review box on my product page was blank as users typed in it. They took a lot of time to explore the problem and shared helpful tips on how to use the app admin settings. I'm super grateful for their time and suspect they were fixing some errors on the backend of my Taiga theme due to Judge.Me review removal. I'm still a little unsure about review apps in general on my new site, and hoping that I don't have any slow downs. I've been considering switching to Yotpo instead. Just NOT sure. I'll stay with Avada Air Product reviews for now because I also use them for the cookie GDPR app and I use Avada for SEO optimization. If things are still slow, I might switch to Yotpo for Reviews and maybe Pandectes for cookie GDPR. I'm still undecided. I don't understand why Air by Avada is used here on Shopify when Avada website design co. leans so heavily on YOAST for review app? I also don't understand why Avada isn't listed as an "eligible aggregator" by Google Merchant Center here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7045996?hl=en

Incredibly easy way to collect and display reviews. Abby was super helpful in troubleshooting and helping us get our reviews up and running! She was wonderful :)

We're still figuring out the app, but so far it looks promising. Esther from customer support was quick to answer any questions and very helpful with sorting out various issues we had setting up the app on our website.

My interaction with Esther (your rep) was great. Just after a few moments, and without remote access, she guided me to resolve my issue and also point out next steps. She seems quite knowledgeable, professional, and easy to follow.

An excellent, user-friendly product review app. The best free one imo. Jasmine and Anivia helped to provide the customisations I needed swiftly. I'd definitely recommend this to other stores.

I was searching for a review app for my shop and come across this app. What caught me is that it is totally free! And reviews so far are excellent. I read on and decided to install the app for the shop. Because that I had reached out to them and done up my csv file. Still can't upload successfully. So I sent in to support and attended by Sunny and Toby. She's been such a great help. She helped me to check and see that the file was already loaded successfully. Then she helped me to set up the review box. Since online, I asked a lot of questions and she was patient throughout. I further asked her to help me set up the star rating which I think Toby is the one helping me. While I was waiting, I was doing other things. It was set up pretty fast. My experience with the support was great! I hope they can continue and keep it up and high quality service over the time.

We had a small duplication problem which once I raised it as an issue was cleared by the lovely team of Lydia and Toby. Real fast service so was pleased. Not sure why it happened in the first place but hey it just noughts & ones. Thanks team
