There was an issue with my review app, but customer service was super fast and helpful and got it fixed in a matter of minutes. Shout out to Sunny and Toby - thanks guys!

I just got this app and am working through it but Jasmine and Anivia were trying their best to help me install and match it perfectly! I love that there is a verified badge but if you have old reviews from another app you will be out of luck as getting a verified badge on imported reviews wont be possible. Other than that i like it very much so far

Easy to install and set up, compared to other apps I tried. Love the simple UX. Amazing customer service, Tiana and William were super helpful and got my questions answered quickly.

Before discovering the magic of Air Reviews, I was using Judge.me. It served me well, but a part of me yearned for an interface that was more sleek and minimalist. That's when Air Reviews caught my eye! The installation process was like zipping down a smooth highway - not bumpy as I'd feared given my limited expertise with computers. And oh boy, importing reviews? A piece of cake! What took the cake though, were all these additional features offered entirely FOR FREE!! Life couldn't get any better than this right? Wrong! Their customer service is as golden as it comes - hands down one of the very best experiences I've had to date! When curiosity stirred around getting my Etsy shop reviews imported into the system, Abby came swooping in like instant tech support (Yes folks! A real human on standby!). She untied every knot smoothly and promptly that made even further assistance from her feel like cool breezy sailing. My happiness quotient flew through the roof trying out this app. Give it a whirl if you have been contemplating about it; coupled with Avada email marketing solutions – Ahoy there success!!!

The review app needed a few tweaks on our website to show in the right places. I immediately got Hana on the support chat, and she was terrific. Prompt replies were quick to understand, and she fixed everything quickly. I highly recommend this app!
