The app seems very promising so far! Hana from the support team has been incredibly helpful and is such a polite and wonderful person. I had been struggling with importing reviews for two days, but when I reached out to support, Hana resolved my issue instantly. It took less than 5 minutes! She also helped me with some videos, guidelines and screenshots to better understand how it works. the app is quite straight forward I feel the pricing is fair for the features it integrates exceptionally with my shopify theme you can look https://stahlsteelworks.com. I couldn't find a setting and Jasmine from support was very helpful provided me with a photo of where the setting was and I was able to find it.

I just have to say they go above and beyond I'm still shocked at how fast they are and solve stuff, I asked for help less than 2 minutes the coding for the theme and some other stuff went as fast as anything really recommend. So helpful and knowledgeable staff but best of all they are nice and helpful

Einige Details waren nicht so einfach zu individualisieren oder mussten sowohl in der App, als auch im Theme Editor verändert werden. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Theoretisch lässt sich die Sprache der Text Felder nur in der Pro Version verstellen, was ich sehr schade finde, praktisch ließ sich allerdings auch alles in der Free Version ändern. Wieder, ziemlich verwirrend. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob das so bleibt. Der Support, besonders Abby und Prakash, war sehr freundlich und engagiert und haben mir so schnell es ging geholfen, obwohl ich vorerst nur die Free Version nutze. Alles in allem ist die App eine Empfehlung wert!

First time asking a setup question ‍. First of all, they have many languages to choose from, which is very user-friendly for me! Also, a big thank you to Hana for her kind and patient help in setting up the programs I needed for my store . This has been a huge help to me! Thanks again to Hana for her patience.

This is hands down the best reviews app, you can also import from CJ and they have a free plan. But the best part is, they have the best support there is. Damian quite literally coded the app to suit my store needs. Usually such service would cost you a pretty penny!!
