The application is very complete, its free version is very robust compared to others that are necessarily paid and the support is the best: Hana was attentive to my doubts, helped me to solve them and I could visualize my reviews.

I was really struggling to add star ratings to my theme, but Audrey from support was fantastic! She was super patient and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. Thanks to her help, my product pages now look much more professional. I'm really impressed with the level of support and the app's functionality. Highly recommend!

Looking good so far, Mia and the entire staff have been very helpful, helping me customize the widgets to fit my store theme. Everything is really good out-of-the-box as well. This is the only app I've found so far that has a wide selection of attractive-looking widgets totally for free.

This app is incredibly useful for gathering customer reviews and boosting conversions. After updating to a new theme, I encountered an issue with activating the star rating for products. Anivia and Linda promptly requested admin access and resolved the problem within an hour. I especially love the reviews carousel on the homepage, which links directly to products and significantly aids in conversion.
