I've tried several apps of reviews in Shopify and for me this is the best because it is very easy to use, simple and you have many options. Another point to highlight is the customer service, it is a 10. When I went to them for help I was attended quickly by Charles and was very helpful and very friendly, I was able to solve everything I needed.

Very functional, easy to customize, and has a great support team with staff like Sonny.

I had a great experience with Audrey from Air app installation Chat, I received all the support I needed plus was helped to install all aspects of tis app. I would highly recommend as Audrey was very quick with her response time and creating solutions to my problem!

I was having issues trying to get reviews for products sourced from CJDropshipping and received a pop-up about this app. So I installed the app and I guess I expected something magical to happen. LOL!!! After reading and staring into space the chat bot interrupted my thoughts and Charles asked "How can I help you" and the rest is history. He patiently walked me through steps with screenshots on how to navigate through the app, it was amazing. He patiently waited until I responded done to move to the next step. His knowledge base, customer care and response time was impeccable. I recommend this service to beginners on up to pros.
