This particular app stands out amongst all the paid apps because it offers all the necessary features for free. My favorite feature is the ability to import reviews from Amazon. Additionally, the chat support is very prompt and I was able to use it to fix a few small issues with my custom theme.

Depuis 1 semaine l’application ne s’ouvre plus. C est très désobligeant. J’ai fait preuve de patience il y a quelques mois suite à un problème ayant obtenu une assistance efficace et rapide, cependant, Il y a trop de problèmes cela me contrarie beaucoup. 1. Application qui ne s’ouvre plus. 2. Plus d’accès à la programmation des mails clients. 3. Mauvais affichage texte sur la boutique. J’en ai sûrement oublié.
Bonjour Leone, Merci d'avoir mis à jour votre avis et d'avoir attiré notre attention sur ces problèmes. Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés. Nous avons récemment lancé de nouvelles fonctionnalités nécessitant des autorisations supplémentaires, ce qui pourrait être à l'origine du problème que vous rencontrez. Parfois, en raison d'un problème technique de la part, le message demandant la mise à jour de ces autorisations ne s'affiche pas immédiatement, ce qui peut entraîner un écran blanc. Pour résoudre ce problème, veuillez essayer de vider le cache de votre navigateur et de recharger la page de l'application plusieurs fois. Vous devrez peut-être également accéder à l'application depuis l'admin Shopify > Paramètres > Applications et canaux de vente pour voir le message de mise à jour. Voici quelques captures d'écran utiles : Message de Mise à Jour et Accéder à l'Application. Une fois la mise à jour effectuée, l'application devrait être de nouveau accessible. I love this for my website as you can seamlessly set up reviews for your product page. I love the style of the review sections and the ability to send customers reminders to review your products. The customer service is exceptional as well. I needed some help on one of the review widgets and Emily was able to help me very quickly. She was able to do everything I asked for. I truly recommend this app to everyone and if you ever need support on something, you will receive great service!

This is a really good app for product reviews. Many customization options, many display options and good customer support. Easy to set up and customize to match the theme of my website. Needed support with displaying rating on collection pages, Sunny from Avada helped to add it in less than 30 minutes without any issue. Highly recommend!!

We initially encountered challenges when integrating the app with our website. However, upon contacting customer support, we were pleased to receive prompt and exceptional assistance. Esther and Toby were amazing they provided great support, and we are grateful for their efforts.

I have been using Air Reviews for a while, I love the design of the different widgets that I can place on my store. It's very intuitive, and easy to use, I love the fact that it's not complicated at all. There are numerous functions and options for the reviews, with different customization choices. By the way, I had a small customization request for my store, and Hana from the customer service immediately replied to me in the chat, her colleague Toby was fast to add the customization I requested, the experience was very pleasant. I recommend this review's application and other Avada applications.

I was having trouble with exporting my reviews from a previous platform and Audrey helped me through the process. I had A LOT of questions and she was very patient with me. Eventually, we got all of the reviews of to the Air platform and in good working order. Thank you Audrey! Management, she deserves a promotion!

This is amazing app when you want to show review on your webpage. I am using this service for my shopify website and they do have great options to show reviews on website. Best part is there support team, these guys are amazing . I remember working on few issues with Audrey and she helped me to resolve them She is expert. :)
