easy to use, a lot of customisation and the ability to export reviews. The review section is clean and easy to navigate and the colour customisation is a bonus.

This app is user-friendly and straight to the point. I needed help embedding the app into my product pages, so I reached out to the support team. Lydia helped me within minutes and showed me how to manage the app from my page editor as well as through the app itself. Highly recommend!

日本のマーチャントにも強くお勧めしたいアプリです。 私たちのストアは既に1000以上のレビューコンテンツを保有していたが、既存のレビューアプリに不満がありました。そこで、あらゆるアプリを試したところAir Product Reviews App & UGCが私たちにとって理想的な機能を備えていた。そしてこれらが無料であることに驚きました。 管理画面は英語ですが、直観的な操作が可能なのでgoogle翻訳などを使って対応が可能です。他社のアプリからのインポートも統合性が高く簡単にできました。1000件近い画像付きレビューが2-3分でインポートできる処理速度も非常に早い。さらにカスタマーサポートが日本の営業時間内でも迅速に対応してくれます。私の様々な疑問にCS担当の"Hana"さんが対応してくれました。これからも愛用したいと思います。
