This app is very helpful and their support is unbelievable. I recently installed the app on my Shopify store and ran into an issue with uploading CSV files. Thankfully, their support team was exceptional. I contacted them for help, and they replied within seconds. They swiftly resolved my issue and even completed the entire setup on my behalf within minutes. I didn't expect such efficient and helpful customer support. Avada Air Reviews truly exceeded my expectations and made the process incredibly easy. Highly recommend this app for its outstanding support!

We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether. Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.

I love the review app, it's very well designed, which is probably why I keep using it! Rosie the customer service was very helpful and answered any questions I had, and Maison the technician was very fast in resolving issues!

I contacted the support team of the Air: Product Reviews app & UGC to solve a problem with placing the reviews block in a specific spot on my website that was not supported by the Shopify builder. My issue was resolved within 15 minutes. Huge thanks to the Air: Product Reviews app & UGC team for their prompt assistance and super fast support! Highly recommend to everyone!
