Great app with incredible support. This app has the best support out of any app I've used on Shopify. They have live chat and respond within minutes, definitely the gold standard. Big thanks to Jasmine and Wiliam for your help!

There's no other way to say it, Air:product reviews is the best reviews app period end of story. They offer everything I need in a review system. and the customer support!!! just awsome.

It was my first day trying the app, and I felt a bit lost trying to figure out how to set it up and use all the features. The quick chat option was a lifesaver for getting help. Hana was amazing; she went above and beyond, offering to guide me through the setup and ensuring I could set up automation for reviews. So far, I'm very impressed with the customer support – quick and professional. I hope the app performs as well as the service we've experienced. I give 4 start, not sure how app will perform, but the service was 10 star

First time I reached out to their support, I was attended by Hana and I just want to say it was one of the nicest and easy going support chats I had. Incredibly quick, super on going and very easy to follow. My issue got solved in a few minutes and without any hassle. 100% recommend! Thank you for the support, Hana :)

This is an excellent app. I tried a few apps and found this app is one of the best. The UI looks very nice both in Desktop and Mobile. The configuration is easy to understand. I also got a issue to make it working on Mobile and I sent a request through the Chat. What was amazing was I got replied immediately. After a few mins, the issue got solved. It really amazed me. By the way, the guy helped me is Anthea. Thanks a lot Anthea for your help. You really made my life easier.
