I recently had an issue where I was unable to access customer reviews for a product. I reached out to Hana for help. Hana proved to be an invaluable resource in resolving my query. Hana's responsiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable. Not only did she promptly address my concerns, but she also guided me through the steps to regain access to the customer reviews. Set up was a little complicated, but a very quickly answered chatbox conversation with Esther from the support team sorted everything out for me. She was very patient and extremely helpful. App works well with my shopify store.
