I have tested 15+ review apps in Shopify. No other app is near this quality. This is the best review app I have ever tried. I was importing my Amazon reviews to my Shopify store and their Chrome extension did it perfectly! I was having a problem getting one thing done. I messaged the support team mid-night, and a person named Rosie replied in 5 minutes, and solved my issue in 6 minutes. I can recommend this app to anyone

Après avoir essayé plusieurs applications d'avis client je suis tombé sur celle ci qui est parfaite, j'ai eu du mal a trouvé comment faire un réglage comme je ne parle pas très bien anglais, j'ai utilisé le tchat pour avoir de l'aide et Emily à résolu mon problème en 2 minutes merci beaucoup a elle et au développeur pour cette appli qui même en version gratuite est complète

Bonsoir, j'ai désinstallé l'application, le 23 mai, ça fait 5 jours. Il doit y avoir un bugue car il y a toujours des avis ( 1 étoile) en dessous de certains produits. Je l'ai justement désinstallée à cause de cette étoile, qui fait que le produit n'a qu'une étoile donc pas un bon produit. Pourriez-vous me guider pour supprimer entièrement des étoiles en dessous de mes produits ? Merci par avance. Je ne souhaite pas forcément que cet avis soit publié, j'ai juste besoin d'aide pour retirer ces étoiles. réaction rapide de votre part et je vous en remercie
