I recently had an issue where I was unable to access customer reviews for a product. I reached out to Hana for help. Hana proved to be an invaluable resource in resolving my query. Hana's responsiveness and willingness to assist were truly commendable. Not only did she promptly address my concerns, but she also guided me through the steps to regain access to the customer reviews. Her expertise and patience were evident as she patiently walked me through the troubleshooting process. Thank You Hana.

Set up was a little complicated, but a very quickly answered chatbox conversation with Esther from the support team sorted everything out for me. She was very patient and extremely helpful. App works well with my shopify store.

Great app with incredible support. This app has the best support out of any app I've used on Shopify. They have live chat and respond within minutes, definitely the gold standard. Big thanks to Jasmine and Wiliam for your help!

There's no other way to say it, Air:product reviews is the best reviews app period end of story. They offer everything I need in a review system. and the customer support!!! just awsome.

It was my first day trying the app, and I felt a bit lost trying to figure out how to set it up and use all the features. The quick chat option was a lifesaver for getting help. Hana was amazing; she went above and beyond, offering to guide me through the setup and ensuring I could set up automation for reviews. So far, I'm very impressed with the customer support – quick and professional. I hope the app performs as well as the service we've experienced. I give 4 start, not sure how app will perform, but the service was 10 star
