As an eCommerce store owner, I've tried several loyalty and rewards apps, but AiTrillion stands out as the most powerful and feature-packed solution on Shopify. The support team of the company is very helpful.

AiTrillion is not just a great platform, but its support team is amazing. They’re always there when you need them, respond quickly, and genuinely care about helping you get the most out of the app. It’s hard to find such great support these days. Highly recommended!

I installed this app and had a few questions about usage. Hritik and customer service team were very helpful and scheduled a call incredibly quickly, solved my queries and were incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend customer service. The app itself is highly intuitive with each individual app working together. For us this eliminated the need for workarounds and other workflow patch ups compared to other individual apps. 10/10

AiTrillion is a wonderful platform with many different tools you need to run your business. We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools. We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business. Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need. 100% recommend to other Shopify users!

I tried 5 other loyalty programs before I chose this one. This is what the other 5 should have been like. First, setup is super easy and it looks great on my site out of the box. Second, the AITrillion app has so many features at a great price that using it is a no-brainer. Third, the customer support is the best I've ever experienced. If you want tons of features on your site at a great price with even better customer support, give AITrillion a try.

The system was incredibly easy to integrate with our Shopify platform. The seamless setup process saved us a lot of time and effort. Most importantly, it has been a game-changer for driving our loyalty program. Our clients are more engaged than ever, and we’ve seen a noticeable increase in repeat business. The best customer relation I ever seen. It is above all expectations. Their team is helping me to set up everything while we are under a lot of workload and it is a top-end support they are offering. The features feels unlimited and very well done. This app may be the number one on Shopify in a few years because of their ability to make such a great product, but more over with a perfect set up team wich is the key for ecommerce actors. Bravo !

vraiment pas top, car tout est relié une façon tout payent alors que cest indiquer gratuit pour des parties de leur app, malheureusement Jai vue rien de gratuit a part le téléchargement de cette app.

They have everything you need to run a successful store. Their review and rewards features are fantastic, and have helped me get more sales. Every time I have a question, they are very quick to respond, and will set things up for me in minutes. I save so much time and money with their apps, I can't recommend them highly enough! I have tried using other apps and they don't compare. I definitely recommend using AI Trillion, it will improve your store and help your sanity!

Honestly half of the 1-star reviews are just complaining. Never recieved hidden charges, Im using their free plan as I scale, and their features are amazing for 45/month. Saved me about 4 apps all in this one software. very good

I found it incredibly easy to set up and use. Its comprehensive tools feel like they were made to simplify my work, and I love how seamlessly everything integrates. I’m replacing my current email marketing platform with it and plan to use several modules to streamline my business. It’s exactly what I needed in one place!

Loyalty club is very easy to setup, very useful. Driving a good amount of traffic, sales, boosting conversions. Support is here whenever you need them, helping with setting up, problem solving, knoweladge transfering. 5/5 from me! Keep up a good work!
