A FREE app is a "FREE app", else you mention that you have to pay to make use of the full set of features! So that should be the first red flag - if you spend some time going through all the reviews, you'll discover that payments will be required after some usage. The show-stopper for me was getting contacted by someone from support team on my personal Whatsapp from an unidentified Whatsapp number within seconds after installing the app, offering to provide support and assistance! It just felt wrong and I uninstalled the app after a couple of minutes. The app might have a ton of features, but something just didn't feel right for me personally.

This app saves my hundreds of dollar literally, got all the feature in a single app with very low cast. my biggest problem is the cost i am paying to multiple app is very high. AiTrillion solves this and finally my store is fully integrated with advance tools and automations. thank you so much

Great support team, but too many issues and unexpected costs We started using AiTrillion in January with the hope of consolidating tools (JudgeMe, Omnisend) and saving money. I paid around 500 € for their full setup service, which initially sounded like a good investment. What worked well: • Customer support is very responsive and kind. They really try to help, even if it often takes a few back-and-forths until issues are fully understood and resolved. • The Loyalty and Product Review features do their job – once configured, they seem stable. What didn’t work for us: • Email marketing was hard to use. We ended up switching to Shopify’s built-in Forms & Flow because it was much more intuitive. • The WhatsApp chat function didn’t work. Although the dashboard showed customers interacting, no chats actually reached our WhatsApp Business account. • Web push was never really used. • SMS is not supported in Germany, which was disappointing. But the biggest pain point by far has been billing: • We are getting billed for so called "Active Customers" - a number that is & times higher than we actually have confirmed subscribers, and 3 times higher than the actual number of customers we have, . • Twice, my subscription was “automatically upgraded” without any action on my part – and I had no control to change it back. • According to the usage stats, less than 1% of our orders were assisted by AiTrillion features – so the ROI is clearly not there for us. After several months of trying to make it work, we’ve decided to cancel. I still want to highlight how lovely and responsive the support team is – that was a bright spot. But unfortunately, the frequent misunderstandings, tool limitations for the German market, and confusing pricing made this a costly and frustrating experiment we won’t repeat.

AiTrillion has honestly made running my store so much easier. I used to juggle different apps for emails, reviews, loyalty — now it’s all in one place and it actually works really well together. What I love most is the support team. They’re super friendly and quick to help whenever I have questions or get stuck. It really feels like they care and want you to succeed. If you’re looking for a simple way to manage your customer experience and marketing, I definitely recommend giving AiTrillion a try.

I installed this app and had a few questions about usage. Hritik and customer service team were very helpful and scheduled a call incredibly quickly, solved my queries and were incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend customer service. The app itself is highly intuitive with each individual app working together. For us this eliminated the need for workarounds and other workflow patch ups compared to other individual apps. 10/10

AiTrillion is a wonderful platform with many different tools you need to run your business. We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools. We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business. Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need. 100% recommend to other Shopify users!
