Ai trillion was great till they changed their pricing. I’ve literally built a whole store around loyalty pricing and now im forced to pay $75 extra a month for the same features. Tired of the bait and switch with this company. Originally the price was $25/Month with unlimited modules and they changed that down to 3. Now after another pricing change the app is unusable without paying extra to access my account and loyalty information….

We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too! We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before. Our first campaign went off without a hitch, and we are thrilled to have everything in one place. We are looking forward to using AiTrillion's analytics as we go forward, and we are really excited to start building our workflows to engage our loyalty customers. Our experience has been 10/10 so far, and we are grateful for the friendly, timely, expert customer support provided by Hritik, Ankit and Reena. A top notch team!

I'm a total technophobe, don't know how to use apps, or anything like that. Reema talked me through everything and was very patient, understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Service so far has been brilliant. Thank you

After a very bad experience with another developer, I turned to the AIT team. In a very short time, they revamped and turned our website from a dull and stagnant site into a vibrant, entertaining, and easy to navigate shop. As an online store owner, for years we have struggled to keep track of all the costly and multiple applications we needed to effectively and efficiently run our marketing promotions. Then I met Rhitik and he and his team at AITrillion have completely transformed our marketing strategy and experience through their unified modular suites of applications that deliver exceptional results. Support is fantastic. Vishal is an amazing support for the app and extremely helpful. He went through everything with me to help with my memberships and had his team work on things so everything synced up perfectly. Great App, and even greater support.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support I have received. After upgrading and subsequently downgrading my plan, I was assured by your team that I would receive a refund. However, I have yet to see this refund processed. I CANCELLED THE PLAN AS WELL BUT IT DOESN'T GET CANCELLED, SUPPORT WILL CONTACT YOU ON MONDAY AND THAN WHAT NOTHING. This situation, coupled with the lack of follow-up, has left me feeling that the service is unreliable and untrustworthy. Please address this issue promptly, as it has been an ongoing frustration.

I had the best experience ever! Vishal has been incredibly helpful, always responding to my requests within 24 hours. He even provided video tutorials and step-by-step guides. This app is packed with features, and I highly recommend it!

The AiTrillion team has been a massive help to our company from the beginning of our working together. We had a very unique problem set that we laid out to the team and they have been hitting each metric one by one that we have requested. Because of all of the great communication, the willingness to meet with us (even sometimes on weekends) and the ability to rise to the demand we placed on their software should be HIGHLY regarded! We have been altering the software for about a month straight and are just about to launch it. As of now, i would give the company 6 stars if I could. Updates to follow!

I had no clue what I was signing up for when I added this app to my online store. Email marketing was what I was looking for but needed major help as I had no clue what to do after uninstalling two previous apps. Fireworks went off when I saw all of the features available with AiTrillion. For a brief moment I was overwhelmed. If I could not figure out the previous app, what in the world am I going to do with all of this. And then a little birdie popped in my email and said they can set it all up for me, AND DID! Followed with a zoom call to explain to me what I had available for my new store with more assistance to offer. I am ecstatic about this gem in the app store and what it is about to do for my business. I would definitely suggest them with their outstanding customer service.

Amazing customer service. They set up everything for me and did exactly as I asked. Then I found something else I needed them to edit because I couldn't find the code in the editor, they fixed it super fast for me. Truly could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!
