I have been working with AiTrillion for a few weeks now and am really impressed with their product, price and customer service. I have been in search for apps to provide Loyalty Programs, Email marketing, Reviews etc. for my site and am really happy to have found a single app that incorporates all of this - and much more. So far, the back end has been really easy to navigate, allowing me to create emails and workflows, and the customer service has been exceptional. I have had numerous Zoom meetings with members of the team and have access to some of them directly via WhatsApp whenever I have an issue or query. Our business is still in its early stages but I am really impressed by what I have seen of AiTrillion so far and hope that it carries on as we grow as a company. I look forward to any future features they create.

I'm still at the beginning of my AITrillion journey, so I'll happily come back and share another review after a month or two of using it in a live business environment. But based on the product, onboarding and support alone, my experience has been a solid 10/10, and I'd confidently recommend AITrillion to any e-commerce brand looking for a powerful yet easy-to-manage retention + marketing + automation platform.

Wow. What a comprehensive app and group of modules. Hritik Was amazingly helpful with explaining the higher plans and what they do and what works best for our store. We have gone from the free plan to the basic and now higher because of what this app has done for our store!!

Very impressed with AiTrillion's modules in this app. Comprehensively feature-rich that cover everything you would expect to find within a loyalty and rewards program and membership subscriptions. It can take a lot of set up if you have a sizeable and established store but the support team have always been on-hand to provide guidance and support as and when needed. It is early days for us at the moment but we are expecting to be able to achieve great success with the use of this app.
