AiT: Loyalty, WhatsApp, Review

One of the bad applications in shopify. They have made things more complicated than it should. 1. there whatsapp integrations does not work, 2. Other elements such as notification bar, and other stuff does not work and needs lot of setting to be done 3. Dont go by there instagram ads, those just to fools in installing apps and getting payments from you. One u subscribe you are on your own. 4. they dont offer any setup help. 5. Whatsapp API does not work with them so besware. 6. there plans are confusing and are desinged a way that u endup paying more money than using multile apps. thye count every message as active customer. does not matter if they even are ur custoemer or not. there orders count is not very clear as well So i would suggest, do comparions of apps out there and go for this. there are multiple free apps who offer exact same or better useful ness than this Movie like app, where all things clubbed together to give nice experience but its flop...

I have been working with AiTrillion for a few weeks now and am really impressed with their product, price and customer service. I have been in search for apps to provide Loyalty Programs, Email marketing, Reviews etc. for my site and am really happy to have found a single app that incorporates all of this - and much more. So far, the back end has been really easy to navigate, allowing me to create emails and workflows, and the customer service has been exceptional. I have had numerous Zoom meetings with members of the team and have access to some of them directly via WhatsApp whenever I have an issue or query. Our business is still in its early stages but I am really impressed by what I have seen of AiTrillion so far and hope that it carries on as we grow as a company.
