This is a really great platform where I can manage almost all my features in one place—email marketing, loyalty, automation, everything. It makes things much easier and saves a lot of time. The best part I love is the instant support—the team is very quick and always comes up with solutions when needed

Wow. What a comprehensive app and group of modules. Hritik Was amazingly helpful with explaining the higher plans and what they do and what works best for our store. We have gone from the free plan to the basic and now higher because of what this app has done for our store!!

Very impressed with AiTrillion's modules in this app. Comprehensively feature-rich that cover everything you would expect to find within a loyalty and rewards program and membership subscriptions. It can take a lot of set up if you have a sizeable and established store but the support team have always been on-hand to provide guidance and support as and when needed. It is early days for us at the moment but we are expecting to be able to achieve great success with the use of this app.

AiTrillion is easily the most comprehensive marketing tool we've used on Shopify. It covers everything from WhatsApp marketing and affiliates to advanced segmentation. The integration is rock-solid, and their support team is always available to help with custom implementations. It has significantly reduced our app spend while actually increasing our engagement rates. Highly recommended!

I have only been using AITrillion for about a month now. The customer service has been stellar. I ran into a few issues when transferring my website from one company to another, but I scheduled a call and it was all worked out. I have had no issues so far.

We are using AITrillion mainly for the My Account page, and the experience has been excellent. The page is clean, fast, and highly customizable, giving our customers a smooth and modern dashboard to manage their orders, rewards, and account details. What makes the experience even better is their customer support team. They respond quickly, understand issues well, and provide clear solutions. Their support has made setup and customization much easier for us. Overall, AITrillion delivers a great My Account experience backed by reliable customer support. Highly recommended!

Five Stars—Incredible App and Outstanding Support! I can’t say enough good things about AI Trillion! The app has so many features that really bring our Shopify store to life, from the affiliate program and site reviews to the rewards program and custom pop-ups; everything works seamlessly and looks great on the site. What really sets AI Trillion apart, though, is the amazing tech support. I worked with Sachin, who went above and beyond to walk me through every option and setting. He was patient and knowledgeable and made the entire process so much easier than I expected. The backend setup was incredibly intuitive, much smoother and more organized than other apps I’ve tried. Everything connected perfectly, and the functionality has been flawless so far. There are a lot of apps out there that make big promises, but AI Trillion actually delivers. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about building customer loyalty, engagement, and automation that really works.
