DO NOT USE THIS APP, PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I used this app for about a month because of the features they have but after setting up and trying the app I found they are behind on basic email features, the triggers for flows is mediocre, trying to create emails with their builder is not as easy as Klaviyo, my customers received a lot of emails because they triggered multiple flows when then should have been removed from one and move to the next flow, their pop ups are not smart and extra basic because it is only a 1 step pop up where they enter their email and they get a generic success step with discount but you can't customize the success step, their rewards and review features are also basic and the design on the front end is also basic and need more customization features. There are a lot more issues but hopefully you get the point. They have a lot of features but each one of their features are lacking so there's not thing they are good at. What made me the most upset was they agreed to a good price which made me switch but then they only gave me enough emails to only send out one campaign and said I had to pay more to send email campaigns which would get the price closer to what I was paying for with Klaviyo so I went back to Klaviyo. Also when I sent a email campaign my spam and bounce rate went up to 6% when I was at 0% on Klaviyo. You get what you pay for but their app is not even worth the time and money to set up and find out all of their faults with the lack of standard features...there is nothing ai about their app. Thanks for reading and trust me you will thank me later.

AI Trillion is a great app with even better support. Rishav has been incredibly helpful in getting my loyalty program set up. Great features, and I know it's going to help my business immensely. Would highly recommend!

Hi, we are in the beginner phase of integrading the app and workflows into our shop. But for now the customer support is great and we got used to the apps workflow pretty good. After using it for a couple of days we would recommend it.

We just started using AiT app on our shopify POS and on-line store. We wanted a simple loyalty app that could send emails and sms to customers. This app surpasses our expectations, and even though we are not using all the capabilities as yet, it is satisfying our needs at the moment. Set up is relatively easy and the support staff is available to assist you with problems. Support has been prompt and Rishav helped us to migrate from another loyalty app easily. I like that we have one person assigned to help us each time we reach out to AiT. The customer support is excellent. The app is a bit slow in loading, however, I need to do more investigations as to why this is happening and also do further testing of the app.

We recently moved over to this app from Marsello. Although Marsello was very easy to use, having many options in one place was very convenient. We can eliminate the other apps we have and use AiTrillion for almost everything. It has a lot to offer. We are still working through the change, but we hope this will fit our company well. The one thing to ensure you are aware of is that when you run out of emails, which will be quick if you have a lot of customers, you need to add additional blocks because it will not automatically add them. It will stop and tell you that "Your limit is over!" Worked with customer service today, and Reena was wonderful. I am sure we will continue to need help until we work through the process until our set up is final. I look forward to enabling all the services they offer.
