I had no clue what I was signing up for when I added this app to my online store. Email marketing was what I was looking for but needed major help as I had no clue what to do after uninstalling two previous apps. Fireworks went off when I saw all of the features available with AiTrillion. For a brief moment I was overwhelmed. If I could not figure out the previous app, what in the world am I going to do with all of this. And then a little birdie popped in my email and said they can set it all up for me, AND DID! Followed with a zoom call to explain to me what I had available for my new store with more assistance to offer. I am ecstatic about this gem in the app store and what it is about to do for my business. I would definitely suggest them with their outstanding customer service.

Amazing customer service. They set up everything for me and did exactly as I asked. Then I found something else I needed them to edit because I couldn't find the code in the editor, they fixed it super fast for me. Truly could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

Wow. I tried several loyalty programms, also the big ones but I wanted one in my own language. AiT just did that. Although it looks very complicated you just need to spend some time on it. We are nowadays used to be in a hurry and quick that you want to move on but remember the best things in life take time... So easy now to set up and change all text in your own words!! this is wat personalation means and Reena helped me in every step. The customer service is unbelievable!!! nice helpfull people still exsists!!!

We have used a number of their modules. Particularly the Loyalty Program and Product Reviews, both have worked wonderfully. I recently setup the Affiliate Module and was having trouble setting it up. Their customer service is excellent. They are always quick to respond and follow up afterwards. Definitely worth the money

We began our search to install a loyalty program and a product review module on our store. We discovered AiTrillion in the process and were impressed by a large number of modules on offer effectively combining our entire CRM under one roof. The product and on-boarding team have been extremely helpful and available on call to align the various modules and set up in line with our brand themes. This has been of tremendous help as they have worked diligently to deliver the modules. We have yet to enable all the modules but are hopeful that the data once harnessed will allow us to increase average sales and customer retention. I recommend this app for its features and friendly customer help.

I would recommend this tool to all e-commerce stores as I am getting good sales from this tool by using various features. Their customer support is also very good and they respond promptly. Now waiting for their WhatsApp automation features!

AI trillion is the best app for managing all promotion activity of an online store. It offers 15 promotional tools to promote the Shopify store.
