I uninstalled this application and i'm still being charged on my account for it. This is really unacceptable.

I didn't like how this app looked on my store and it never showed new products on the list of products you can import reviews for.

This app simply does not work. I tried on Mac, Windows etc. It keeps asking me to download the chrome extension even after I downloaded it

No product was shown in the 'product reviews'. Never, never, never,Never, never, never!Never, never, never!Never, never, never! Return my money back!! Your app can't import any review from aliexpress and even can't load any product data from my shopify. You help me nothing and I uninstall your app a long time ago. However, you still dare to charge me?? It's so ridiculous!!!

costumer support is never available and you have to wait 3 days for them t be online. some products arent showing up and cant put reviews on them.

Empty Dashboard. So I contacted the customer service but I can only speak with them once by day. I don't have any time for that

I got like 10 reviews for like a small amount of products. Horrible. Not only that, but after I uninstalled their app they kept parts of their code in my theme codes and put "Loading..." on the bottom of all my product pages. Took me 3 weeks later to figure out that Ali Reviews was response for this! Horrible Service.

I was happy when I first used this app, the function, UI, etc. but when I tested my page speed here: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ my product page speed was: 49 / 100. Followed google's suggestion, removed the app, I speed up the page speed to: 81 / 100. they have not optimized the files of the app. and make sure you removed the app completely, includes the files in your theme.

Empty dashboard. I cannot import any product even though I have plenty of products from Aliexpress in my shop.

App did not work, empty dashboard. With help from support this was sorted out but then I could not import any reviews. Support this time was longer to reply and when they did I has already found another free app which is much easier to use (bulk importing!), has more features, requires no extra code and worked first time. There are better apps out there imo

the app is not working, not importing reviews from aliexpress, the live support is available but they are not responsive, you will be lucky if you get any reply. terrible customer service.

I enjoyed the app until i decided to remove it because it was causing my website to be too slow. So i uninstalled it and the feature is stuck on my website. Literally impossible to remove, had to get shopify support to do it.

I used this app for a long time, now it slows the product page & it shows me random reviews from Ali express that are not of my product. It can crush your sales for nothing.

Worked OK for a while then suddenly stopped importing reviews (it's main function). No help from customer support. meh. Deleted. will find an alternative.

Doesn't show any of my products in the app back end so I can't even test the review functionality. No support docs to explain how to import products into the app or why I am having this issue. Just not working - glad I didn't go for a paid plan.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. This app has broke my theme. We spent hundreds building this store and since a member of ali reviews named "Ken" installed the code on our store, our theme won't load products on the first load. I have Ken to remove the code and was then ignored for 3 days. Today they finally removed the app from my store, but my theme is still broke and won't load products. I paid for their highest plan also. They are telling me to go find someone else to fix the issue they created.
