This is the worst app in Shopify Store i am not sure why this app has 4.8 star. I enabled the yearly subscription only to find out that the app is not compatible with my store design and they refused to refund my money they are criminals. The stupid girl Lauren said they do not refund yearly subscription! idiot! it's my money and when your product isnt working you dont keep someones money its called stealing - i literally messaged you less than 5 hrs after the subscription was made to cancel it

To understand the issue better, we have looked into this on our end. Here is what we found: 1. Our team tested the live chat performance and confirmed that it is stable for all users. We also confirmed that we are still receiving messages from other users. Your app was not displaying correctly on my website. I asked you to fix it, and to do so, you requested permissions and disabled the COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase button. The problem is that you didn’t inform me about this, and by the time I realized it, hours had gone by without any sales. That means we were wasting money on ads driving traffic to a website with no purchase option. I’ve lost quite a lot of money because of this. The app itself is good, but giving your technicians access to the site has turned out to be risky

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconveniences that your store had when the Cash on Delivery section has not been displaying. We understand that you might think it is due to our app's Review Box when this section is under Review Box. However, we only re-synchronized the app widget and review data to make the review load and display properly. We did not take any action on Cash on Delivery section. From our team, we diagnosed the Cash on Delivery section might be hidden accidentally by anyone or it has been conflicted by the theme code. You can go to Admin Settings > General > scroll down to the end and access Store activity log to check the action on the theme and Cash on Delivery section. I uninstalled this app a week ago, yet I was still charged without my consent. There was no warning, no confirmation, no way to cancel the billing inside the app. Now I’m being told I need to chase the developer for a refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a scammy practice. Be very careful — even if you uninstall it on time, they will still take your money. I will be reporting this to Shopify and my payment provider. Definitely not trustworthy.

"Kudosi" (formerly AliReviews) is, without exaggeration, the worst app experience I’ve had on Shopify. Their support barely speaks English, routinely fails to acknowledge your actual requests, and seems to have no clue how to operate their own app. I’ve had to explain things multiple times only to receive irrelevant copy-pasted responses. When something breaks, which it will, expect hours of back-and-forth with a team that either doesn’t understand what went wrong or simply refuses to take responsibility. The UI is clunky and unintuitive. The app is plagued by frequent, pointless updates that break your existing settings and custom code without warning. I’ve had to manually redo CSS styling on four separate occasions because of these updates each time wasting hours doing trial and error while support either ghosted me or made things worse. They refuse to compensate for the time, stress, and energy their failures cause. Not once have they offered even a free month for the inconvenience. Instead, they’ll gaslight you into believing none of it was their fault. The final straw? A support agent accessed my store during Easter sale weekend and broke existing styling in the middle of a live campaign. I missed out on family time sitting there for hours undoing the damage and still, their team refused to take accountability. If you're looking for a reliable, professional reviews app this isn’t it. Kudosi is a mess of poor design, worse support, and zero customer respect.

Jusqu'ici j'étais très satisfaite de l'application, mais, à ma grande surprise, aujourd'hui en voulant importer des avis, les avis Français (pays de ma boutique) sont traduit...en anglais ! Et ce, malgré mes paramètres clairement choisis, alors que pendant mes dernières sessions d'importation tout c'était très bien passé, là c'est du grand n'importe quoi !

I downloaded the app to test the free version with a maximum of 5 reviews, but that wasn't possible. Instead, I was unknowingly put into the Essential Plan with 1500 reviews per product. The support team explained to me how to downgrade, but I was immediately charged $19.90 for just 15 minutes. This is a rip-off. Stop scamming people.

One of the worst companies and apps we have ever dealt with! After the initial 7 days free trial, we were placed on a plan costing $19.90/month where you can collect 1500 reviews per product (they claim we selected it, which is not true). We are a small company selling specialist garments that few people want to leave reviews for, so we have collected a total of 10 reviews in the 7 months we used Ali Reviews. When we realised that they had a cheaper option costing just $9.90/month, we asked why we were on the more expensive plan and asked them to refund the extra $10/month (a total of $70). They plainly refused to do so and gave a lot of excuses instead of being understanding and offering some good customer support. Their app also do NOT have an button for exporting your own reviews, like all other similar apps have. We had to contact them and ask if we could please download our own data collected on our own website by our own customers. They asked why we wanted to download this data, and then told us the request had to be forwarded to their technical departement and that it would take some time to complete! I'm not even sure this practice is allowed! Will never use this app or company again or recommend them to anyone.

Users beware. They will hold your reviews ransom when it is time to uninstall the app and only give you not even 1% of the reviews you imported into the app. The app wills slow your site speed down which means low conversions because they do not resize your review images. Never again.

The app required that I install an extention, which I did. It did not import the product reviews because it said I had the wrong URL. I could not find a URL that they said I should find. Then, I uninstalled it, and now I have an error message on ALL my pages that says, "Liquid error (sections/header.liquid line 439): Could not find asset snippets/alireviews_aggregateRating.liquid. I don't know how to get rid of it. WTH??????

I've had this app for nearly two years and all it did was give me problems. It all started when they did an update. Every review got deleted on my store while I was getting heavy traffic. They managed to fix it after a couple of hours, but you cannot run a professional online business with that kind of situation. Then, I tried to send review requests, and my god, what a nightmare. I set it to send 30 days after fulfillment and Ali Reviews decides to send emails 7 days after fulfillment. I woke up every day to several customers asking me where their order is... I explained the issue to Ali Reviews customer service and they said it "should" be fixed, which it wasn't after a couple of days. Customer service needs to be more assuring. They tell you what you want to hear, not the reality. This app is very buggy and not recommended for "professional" business owners. I am not ready to delete this app yet because I already have too many imported reviews unfortunetely. If I knew all of this from the beginning I never would have used it. Buyer beware.

In relation to your review request email, please notice that once your sending time setting is done and you activate "auto schedule requests", all scheduled mails will still be sent according the current setting, so it's the main reason why your orders have been set 7 days after fulfillment instead of 30 days 2. Beware of this app when you plan to import your reviews from another app 1. This app is not storing the images that you import from your previous app even you have paid for the subscription, It relies on the link on your previous app to show the images, so when you uninstall your previous app and it deletes your data, the images in ali reviews will be broken. 2. I had this broken images issue a few days ago and until now, their support still could not fix this issue. 3. I think I have to ask a compensation since they cause me a losing datas of my reviews
