Bad, only Oberlo support. They offer only Oberlo for Bulk Reviews Import so becarefull before purchase a package!

if you're thinking of using this app, please don't support is so bad that they don't even answer any of your messages, i had to report them to shopify so they can leave a message on my behalf app is always lagging and support isn't even there

They will delete all of your data if you downgrade ever. Extremely poor experience. Very Dissatisfied.

the app became pathetic after last update works very very slow so i uninstalled and got a mail from fire apps that bug has been fixed so i installed it again but the now review box doesnt show up. i can see my products and imported reviews but no reviews show up at product page.

It was working fine before the new release. Now I see the review bar twice on my products (the old one and a new one also). Also, the display is not as soon as it was. Somebody knows how to fix it?

My product pages become messy after latest update. And no one answers my questions. Come On, please make it good again.

Nothing against the app, except for the loading speed on the product pages. It is slow.

I have always problems with the app now again with a liquid code on the site what the customer can see. It's really a bad app. Customer service is never there. The respond time is about two weeks. My advice dont install the app it makes a mess of your site.

This is NOT a one-click app. It's not even worth the cost of time looking at the free version. If you don't have Oberlo, you have to look up every product on AliExpress yourself. Do you want to do that with every item in your store?

Takes very long time to load the reviews. The customers likely won't see them before they leave. They say that they have 7-day refund policy, but doesn't even reply to my refund request email.

Doesn't do what it is supposed to do, totally waste of money, I don't know how much you pay Oberlo, but it is not working, It doesn't even sync with Shopify Reviews, and customer support is nonexistence. The Q&As are outdated, don't help at all. Sorry, I won't pay you the money for me to work it out myself with your awkward interface. For others, don't bother to try this, go for better apps, like Loox.

Did not work on my themes and the instructions are outdated. There's even an update link to click when you switch themes but that doesn't work either. What's confusing on top of that is when you click the [UPDATE] link it takes you to a screen to download their plug-in (what does that have to do with updating your theme when I'm already inside the app itself?) which doesn't work either. It wouldn't be so bad if I could get customer support to assist but it's very difficult to contact them. Did they have a mass-firing of all their support staff?

Lose connection.When I got reviews of products, it was already pushed, although I set it up to require me to push it manually.

MEGA CRAP! Has now paid for Unlimited and get nothing. Email each day, but only get auto reply that they will soon come back. Totally totally lousy service. And their instructions is not correct, please refer to the files and sections that do not exist. Will send a report to Shopify Partners shortly.
