This is by far the absolute worst app on shopify. The translations to english are terrible, completely mixes up all the words and review ends up making no sense. When you go back and edit the review, you hit save but it still does not save! It reverts back to the original on its own for no reason and you cannot save any edits. You also cannot change the font of the text, so it looks different than the font in the rest of your site. The worst part is not being able to make changes to a single review, so if most of your ali reviews are from Japan and you're trying to sell products in english, this app is completely USELESS. Absolute garbage, I hope you make several changes to this app and maybe eventually I will re-install it. For now, I am wiping it off my app list.

Don't waste your money on this. It causes extreme slow load times, it doesn't function on every theme (not even on all shopify approved themes), and it doesn't even import reviews the way it should i.e. when you select "import picture reviews" it only imports 4-5 picture reviews, when the actual item on aliexpress has over 100 picture reviews.

Dont download this app. I downloaded it and used it for one hour and took their subscription, but then realised that its not good enough for my site and deleted it within an hour. And they started charging me for their subscription even shopify help chat send them email to waive off the charges but they are not replying, DONT USE THIS APP OR ELSE YOU WILL START GETTING CHARGED

This is fraud app and not recomment it for all want reviews. 4 times charge to my bill without reason. F'k this ... There no free but free bugs and free fraud ur money.

the worst customer cares ever . not professional at all they don't have enough knowledge for a small issue more than 26 emails and 6 days until now no solve. other issues take too long to replay back and at the end, the app charges me twice at the same month. the app needs work to be good no rate in reviews page, no bulk edit or deletes, no multi choose.

This App is not for FREE it will charge you 3 or 4 times in one month. This app is shit. It said its free there is no where on the app Thats says its going to charge. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

they delet all my review, really bad application. WHEN U START WITH THEM U STAY OR YOU LOST ALL YOUR REVIEW.

Application not used because the developer can not give the possibility to put the date in a format other than English. In addition, there are a lot of bugs. But you still have to pay the professional plan for a month. They say they can not do anything for refunds but it's absolutely wrong. It is not very correct to charge if you can not use the application.

I wanted give the poorest rating as the FireApp, deduced three times recurring fee in the same period and they are not responding to refund. !! I decided to keep away from such partners who do not have ethical business practices and cheats by recurring billings.

This app has bugs. I changed in the settings to not upload an avatar to my reviews and it doesn't even work properly.. When I delete all of my reviews from the dashboard they still show up on my store. It also doesn't resize well enough on phones. This app is a headache..

FRAUD. Free plan states you can add 5 reviews to 10 products ... FRAUD. When I try to add just 3 to the first product it says "Please upgrade to Premium package to use this feature." FRAUD I have 65 products in my store and dozens are not even active and this app claims that there are 65 Reviewed Products when I install it (FRAUD). No products have reviews so there are NO reviewed products. FRAUD. It gets even better ... this app puts a 0 star rating on every product (up near the order button, away from where any reviews would be) and does not state "No Reviews" like reputable apps. This is SLANDER. So not only will they not allow me to add 5 reviews for 10 products, they SLANDER all the products in my store with a Zero Star rating right in the visitor's face. If they did allow me to add reviews for 10 products they would SLANDER the remaining products in my store.

Don't install this app, the support don't exist. The app will slow you website, trust me it's true. Sorry for my english.

This app is a SCAM. Here's why: 1. The post the exact product reviews... word-for-word... for different buyers in different countries. This will create distrust between your store and YOUR buyers. 2. The English translation is a joke. 3. They charge us TWICE for the same app. When we reached out to them we got an auto-response indicating they were on vacation for the Lunar New Year. We waited until after they returned, reached out again, and have heard nothing back except another auto response indicating a system slowdown for about a month. Ar you kidding me? The app's shortcomings are one thing... but charging us twice and then failing to respond is another. This company is a SCAM and we HIGHLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT USE THEM unless your standards are as low as theirs.

Too many issues with this app. the tech department is garbage,it's not even worth $1...all of the 5 star reviews are fake....don't do it.

This app has some major flaws. It imports picture reviews even when you check the only content reviews box and does not delete all imported reviews when you click on that box. Constantly importing incorrect variants with picture reviews of the wrong product and there's no way to correct this since the functions don't work!
